When my then fiancé and I were in the market for a house, we ventured out on our own and began looking for places to live. We soon quickly realized that this venture was beyond our knowledge and found that we needed to consult an expert in the real estate field. I was referred to Corrado by my aunt who has dealt with him on a few different occasions. Corrado quickly contacted myself and my now husband and began asking questions about what we were in the market for, certain areas, our needs and our desires. Corrado's hard work and determination in finding us a house was noticed every single day as listings were sent to us on a daily. Corrado gave us his honest opinions on some listings which demonstrated that he had the best intentions for us and was not in a rush to sell us a home that he did not see fit. We went all over the GTA to meet with Corrado for private viewings that were scheduled and organized all by him at all times of the day. He was professional, punctual and honest. As new time homebuyers, understanding the protocols, inside knowledge and language about the market can be very overwhelming. He is beyond knowledgeable in this field and taught us many new aspects of the housing market that us as first time buyers new very little about.
